The André Cailloux Center lives inside a breathtaking, 110-year-old structure once home to the historic St. Rose de Lima Church. This space holds stories, legacy, and the energy of generations who gathered here before us.

Our Spaces & How to Book

1 — Submit Your Request 

Complete our online Gathering Inquiry Form to tell us about your event, date, expected attendance, and
space needs. You can also email our bookings manager.

2 — We Review & Connect

Our team will review your request and follow up within 2 business days to confirm availability, answer questions,
and discuss your options.

3 — Confirm & Deposit

Once your package is selected and agreed upon, we'll issue a gathering agreement. Submit your deposit to officially lock in your date.

Lobby

Capacity 100 guests (seated) · 150 guests (seated + standing)

Which Gathering Is Right for You?

Every gathering at ACC comes with an On-Site Gathering Manager, post-event clean up & care, and one complimentary space walkthrough before you book. So, whether you're hosting 20 people for a community conversation or three days of full production, there's a package tailor built for you & your gathering.

  • The Sanctuary

    Performances, screenings, panels, showcases, graduations, worship gatherings — full theatre (110 seats), up to 4 hours

  • Cailloux's Way

    $7,500

    Galas, large celebrations, film premieres, conferences, productions that need real setup time — full ACC, three access windows

  • The Full Regalia

    $10,000

    Multi-day festivals, touring productions, weekend conferences, large cultural gatherings — full ACC, three consecutive days

Book a return gathering within 60 days of your Cailloux's Way event and receive 15% off. Your ACC Gathering Manager activates this when rebooking.

The Full Regalia Rebooking Discount  —  20% off your next gathering

Book a return gathering within 60 days of your Full Regalia event and receive 20% off. Your ACC Gathering Manager activates this when rebooking.

Community & Nonprofit Discount

Discount pricing is available for community organizations and nonprofits on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. Please reach out to discuss eligibility.

Our Policies

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your gathering date.

    Gatherings of $500 or more may be split into a 50% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due before your gathering date. Accepted payment methods: {LIST THEM}

  • We have a 72-hour (three-day) cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your gathering may be eligible for a refund or credit.

    No refunds or credits can be offered after the 72-hour threshold has passed.

    Some gatherings — including The Full Regalia and bookings over $500 — require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. That deposit is non-transferable and acts as a down payment toward the total balance due.

  • Gatherings confirmed within 7 days of the gathering date incur a $150 late confirmation fee.

  • Rebooking discounts: 15% off for Cailloux's Way hosts, 20% off for Full Regalia hosts — both active within 60 days of your gathering. Your ACC Gathering Manager activates at the time of rebooking.

    Community/nonprofit discount requests up to $500 are approved directly by Lakesha Logan.

  • The bar at André Cailloux Center is owned and operated exclusively by ACC.

    Bar and beverage service is available for Cailloux's Way and The Full Regalia gatherings, coordinated through our exclusive bar concession partner.

    Please ask your ACC Gathering Manager to connect you.

    Bar service is not available for The Gathering or The Sanctuary packages.

  • Gatherings that include food or beverages require an additional care fee of $150–$350, based on scale.
    This is noted at the time of inquiry.

  • Gatherings of 100 or more guests require a Venue Attendant for restroom upkeep and in-gathering guest support ($35/hr, 4-hour minimum = $140).

    The Full Regalia includes a Venue Attendant every day — already built in.

  • A Certificate of Insurance is required for all gatherings. Your ACC contact will provide instructions at the time of booking.

  • Setup and teardown time must be included within your contracted gathering window, except for Cailloux's Way and The Full Regalia, which include dedicated Evening Before and Morning After access.

    The Evening Before and Morning After windows in Cailloux's Way and The Full Regalia are exclusive to those packages — they are not available as standalone add-ons for other packages.

    Additional early access on your gathering day is available at $100/hr, subject to building availability.

  • Outside catering is permitted. Renters are responsible for ensuring vendors have proper licensing.

    Pre-gathering delivery and receiving is available for an additional fee: Standard window within 24 hours ($75 flat); Extended window 25–72 hours out ($150 flat). The Full Regalia includes delivery and receiving up to 72 hours before your first day at no additional charge.

    • Bus-friendly drop-off available with advance coordination.

    • Street parking is available on Bayou Road.

    • ADA accessible.
